When x = 0,
[tex]y = 8x - 1 \\ y = 0 - 1 \\ y = - 1[/tex]

When x = 11
[tex]y = 8(11) - 1 \\ y = 87[/tex]
x = 0, y = - 1
x = 11, y = 87
