1. Noelle Family lost everything during the hurrience, Her mom got diagnosed with mestastatic breast cancer, had to take care of the family, work three jobs,  lost her house, job, and car.

2.Noelle's story inspirational to me because she went through a horrible life but never gave up in life.

3. I can find what is happy or not, practice mindful movement and, practice gratitude.
