24 pieces of gum. If all packages have the same
number of sticks of gum, how many sticks of gum are

Given,

Number of pieces = 24

Number of packages = 3

Each package has the same number of pieces.

So,

Number of pieces in 1 package

= Number of pieces / Number of packages

= 24 / 3
