The stakeholders include customers, suppliers, stockholders, employees, managers, governments, potential stockholders, the media, the community, and other interested parties.

A business should never create negative relationships with the above stakeholders.  While it must focus more on customers to exceed their satisfaction, they are not the only stakeholders that require satisfaction.

Thus, a wise business creates positive relationships with all its stakeholders as part of its corporate social responsibilities.
