I got if y+4= 3/4(x+7) then x3 on both sides to get 3y+12=4(x+7) which is equal to 3y+12=4x+28 -12 on both sides is 3y=4x+16 then -4x on both sides to get u the answer which is 3y-4x=16 !! Let me know if this is correct
