this could go either ways, but it stands on the fact that he is guilty due to the fact he stole money from the bank. Â If he was taking the money for his fractured tibia, then he would have needed to file a claim, or take them to court and not robbed the bank of he money. Â But the man should have not been in the bank's bag in the first place. Â
Trick question. Like you said, the man was framed. He's not guilty. I think that the man was beaten and unconscious as the medical report claimed that he had broken a bone. He can't possible break a bone while he's riding a car (unless it tumbles down). The man probably woke up and triggered one of the security alarms while he was standing.
