Okay so Iā€™ve had my period for about 2/1/2 years now and well I still havenā€™t told any of my parents why? I donā€™t know. Anyways Iā€™m going to the doctor today and doctors typically ask you ā€œhave you started your periodā€ and well my question is If I were to lie, could they tell that I was lying?

If it is just a normal check up then they would not have any way of knowing if you started your period or not.

No, they wouldnā€™t find out. You should probably tell your parents, just so they can get you all the necessities for your period.
