SELECT THE FIRST TWO NURSING ACTIONS IN THE ORDER THAT THEY SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED:
1) Discontinue the oxytocin infusion and Reposition the client to the other side
2) Reposition the client to the other side and Administer oxygen via nonrebreather face mask at 10 L/min
3) Administer oxygen via nonrebreather face mask at 10 L/min and Administer IV fluid bolus of 500 mL/hr
4) Administer IV fluid bolus of 500 mL/hr and Administer terbutaline 0.25 mg subcutaneously
