Any person heading an embalmers or FD license issued in another state or federal district may obtain a courtesy card if the following conditions are met:?
1) They are sponsored by a licensed professional within the jurisdiction.
2) They provide proof of residence within the state or federal district.
3) They pass a proficiency exam administered by the licensing authority.
4) They demonstrate compliance with the ethical standards set by the licensing board.
