Started yesterday, preceded by aura of nausea and scintillating scotoma
Unilateral and throbbing
Associated with vomiting, photophobia
Relieved slightly by being in a dark room
Frequently gets these headaches with her period (she tried OCPs once but they made it worse)
Mom and sister have the same headaches
a) Migraine with aura
b) Tension headache
c) Cluster headache
d) Medication overuse headache
